Kannapolis is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Kannapolis follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Had the worst customer service from there today by the tall old man cashier with curled whiskers. Proceeded to hold his hand out near my face to hush me from talking to him while he was talking on his walkie to the other rude manager in the clothing department who rolled her eyes at me for inquiring about competing with online prices. Both of them were very rude he’s lucky I didn’t slap him. After I told him he was being rude and disrespectful to me he asked if wanted to go to another register. The manager did nothing. Not an apology or have a good day nothing. Hope I see them both next visit because it won’t be a nice one this time.

do not try to get academy credit card from them I did today and they lied to me told me I could get $30 off if I applied just to buy a couple things and then the bigger items I could get 5% when I got approved the same day. today is June the 5th and I'm trying to buy a grill I've had three people walk right by me not even asked me if I needed any help. this place is becoming a ghost town just like I'll retailers are trying to cut back to help and to help they have need a lot of training. too bad it ain't 20 years ago they'd fire you. very disappointed in this place I want to spend about $700 on the grill but I can't get nobody to help me. it's like a ghost town around here and the ones that are here ignore you.

Great customer service. Wasn't in the store but a minute and the gentleman that asked could he help me, stayed with me and walked me to the cash register because he put my new shoes on my feet and he didn't want me to have any problems checking out. Excellent customer service.

Got a Stanley bottle from here and it works wonders, but I also felt the store was very nice with the front counter. I did see some people trying the steal a couple days ago and thankfully someone stopped them but the store really needs security or something to make shoppers stop coming in stealing the things others are willing to pay for, but I do love that the staff are very friendly and are willing to go above to help their customers and I would love to see later as they continue to grow in the area to help others get what they need. (Also a small note, please help stop theft on any business you see) -RedStar

Went here for one thing and wound up getting several. Great selection! Great prices! Even more importantly it has items in stock😁😁 Nothing worse than needing something and it's not there. The staff was friendly and helpful and the cashier was quick.
